This Studio Ready kosher sheitel has a softly blended ombre finish and subtle layers that add shape while keeping the ends light and natural-looking.
Color in Different Lighting
Daylight can bring out the lighter ends and fine highlights, while indoor lighting may make the brunette tones look deeper. The product photos show the 18-inch length.
Liner Options
The included silk liner adds comfort and helps protect the lace. If you prefer a single lace liner, please leave a note with your order at checkout.
Delivery & Restock
Orders ship from China via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Estimated transit time is 2–4 days after dispatch.
If your preferred length, cap size, or cap option is unavailable, contact us to ask about restock or made-to-order availability. Handmade restock production typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Hair Care
Use gentle, sulfate-free hair products. When heat styling, apply a heat protectant and use a low heat setting.
Returns & Exchanges
If the wig you receive does not meet the quality you expected, contact OLOKEYWIGS customer service. We accept returns on eligible items under our store return policy.
Return Eligibility
- Contact us within the return window stated in our store return policy.
- Keep the wig unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Obtain return authorization and the correct return address before sending the package.
Items Ineligible for Return or Exchange
- Wigs that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use, including odors or styling product residue.
- Items with product damage or damaged original packaging.
- Items outside the return window.
- Clearance items, sale items, and custom-made orders are final sale.
How to Request a Return
- Contact customer service. Request return authorization and wait for our email with instructions and the return address.
- Pack the wig. Include the unused wig, all original packaging, and all accessories.
- Prepay return postage. Send the package to the address in your authorization email using a reliable courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Allow time for inspection. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund for eligible items, less any fees that apply under our store return policy.
Return Postage & Optional FedEx Label
The buyer pays return postage. If your local shipping quote is high, ask us about a FedEx return label before sending the package. The estimated label cost is about US$50. We can confirm the cost when you request the label.
Exchange Requests
If you would like an exchange, contact customer service before shipping the wig back so we can confirm eligibility and discuss available options.
