Our Quality Promise
We stand behind the quality of every OLOKEYWIGS product. If the hair you receive does not meet the quality we promise, we will accept a return on eligible items. Your satisfaction drives us to keep improving.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. OLOKEYWIGS does not sell refurbished or previously owned items. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Return Window
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day the return or exchange was authorized. After 7 days, we will assume the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
Refunds & Fees
Once the restocking fee is applied (4.5% PayPal fee), any remaining balance will be refunded to the PayPal account used on your original order.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Ineligible Products: Worn, washed, or showing any signs of use (including odors or styling products), and items with damaged packaging or product damage.
- Expired Timeframe: The return window has passed and the transaction is closed.
- Clearance / Sale: Clearance and on-sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Reach our customer service to request authorization and instructions.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is unused and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Ship Back: Use a reliable courier and send to the address provided in our authorization email.
- Inspection & Refund: After quality inspection, we will process your refund minus applicable fees.
Recommended Couriers & Label Options
Please return the item using a proper express service such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Freight should be prepaid before sending out.
If your local shipping cost is too high, we can provide a FedEx return label for you. The typical cost is about USD $30, which will be deducted from your refund.
