Transit time refers to the delivery period after your package has been shipped. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier workload, weather, or peak-season delays.

Processing & Handling Time

Ready To Ship Wigs are usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received and order details are confirmed.

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays may require additional preparation time because our studio and factory teams do not operate on weekends.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

For made-to-order, pre-order, customized color, bleached knots, or special cap construction orders, production time is separate from shipping time.

Address Requirements

  • A complete physical address is required for express courier delivery.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or incomplete addresses.
  • Please make sure your phone number and email are correct for courier contact and customs clearance.
  • For payment safety, we may ship only to the confirmed checkout or PayPal address.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not controlled by OLOKEYWIGS.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees.
  • Courier delays caused by customs clearance are outside our direct control.
  • If customs or the courier contacts you, please respond promptly to avoid delivery delays or return-to-sender issues.
Customs Declaration: Where legally permitted and upon request, we may declare the item as a “sample wig product” with a lower declared value to help reduce customs costs. Final customs decisions remain subject to local regulations.

Order Tracking

After your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the courier first scans the package.

If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us and we will help check with the courier.

Delivery Issues

  • If the courier marks the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household, front desk, building office, or local courier branch first.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.
  • We are not responsible for courier fees caused by address changes, missed delivery appointments, or customer-requested delivery modifications.
