Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Products must remain in original, unused condition with lace uncut and without signs of washing, styling, glue, powder, makeup, perfume, odor, or alterations.
Please return all original packaging, tags, silk bags, gifts, and accessories included with your order.
Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Please return the item using FedEx, UPS, or DHL with valid tracking information.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received has a confirmed quality issue caused by OLOKEYWIGS.
Please use a reliable courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL and keep the tracking number until your refund has been completed.
For eligible international returns, OLOKEYWIGS may assist customers by creating a FedEx return label upon request.
The typical FedEx return label cost is approximately USD $50, depending on destination and package weight.
Return label fees must be prepaid before the label is issued, unless the return is caused by a confirmed quality issue from our side.
Please do not ship the item back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Please note that PayPal payment processing fees are charged directly by PayPal and are non-refundable.
For PayPal orders, a 4.5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any unpaid shipping charge, customs duty, import tax, return label fee, or additional service fee may also be deducted from the final refund when applicable.
